AdvizeIT's IT support service enables small and medium sized companies to effectively 'rent' a full service IT team at a fraction of the cost of a full time IT resource. Commonly referred to as IT Outsourcing, AdvizeIT's IT support service is available on a flexible basis to best meet your needs. Clients can purchase a set number of hours each month which are used for onsite IT work. AdvizeIT experts routinely:
- Check server log files for trouble and monitor hard drive space issues;
- Confirm that nightly backup processes are functioning properly - protecting your valuable data;
- Install new software patches to keep your server and computers safe;
- Confirm your anti-virus and/or firewall components are operating properly;
- Identify IT ideas and options to meet your unique needs;
Having a monthly IT Support contract enables your business to enjoy peace-of-mind computing. AdvizeIT experts will proactively administer your servers and desktop computers to ensure minimal downtime. Our service generally includes a set number of onsite hours with additional emergency or phone call support time added on.
Smaller clients can enjoy access to a full team of IT experts for as little as $805 per month ($9,660 per year). Medium to large clients can expand the monthly support hours as needed (while still operating at a cost less than hiring a full time IT resource).
NEW - IT Flex-Support.
Smaller clients may not require the full services of a monthly IT support plan. An alternative solution is to purchase a block of IT Support at a time, which can be redeemed by booking services as needed (based on a minimum of three days notice). Hours can be purchased in blocks of 5 hours at a cost of $625 per block. IT services used, are then tracked in 15 minute increments (with a minimum of 2 hours for any onsite hours).
